Abstract
BackgroundPremature, or early-onset, coronary artery disease (CAD) carries lifelong consequences. Ethnic inequalities in CAD are established in the UK, but risk estimates mostly derive from events after middle age, while ethnicity is aggregated for South Asian and Black populations.
