Abstract

Background Early-onset colorectal cancer (EOCRC) is increasing globally and represents an emerging public health concern. The BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa), accounting for ~40% of the global population, lack comprehensive epidemiological characterization.
