While subjective cognitive concerns (SCC) are commonly observed in preclinical Alzheimer’s disease, SCC in cognitively unimpaired individuals at risk for Parkinson’s disease (PD), as defined by reduced sense of smell (hyposmia) or REM behavior sleep disorder (RBD), is less understood.
