Abstract

Background: Lecanemab is an anti‐beta‐amyloid immunotherapy approved by the FDA in 2023 for Alzheimer’s Disease (AD). One known side effect is the development of amyloid‐related imaging abnormalities (ARIA), manifesting as cerebral edema (ARIA‐E), or microhemorrhage with siderosis (ARIA‐H).
