Abstract
Background: The Harvard Aging Brain Study (HABS) is a longitudinal observational study on the differences between “normal” aging and preclinical AD. Sixteen HABS participants have undergone brain donation. We evaluate to what extent PET biomarkers predict neuropathologic assessments.
