Abstract

Background: Recent findings from A4, a randomized trial of solanezumab for preclinical Alzheimer’s Disease, and LEARN, an observational study of amyloid negative individuals, suggest that Alzheimer’s biomarkers in cognitively healthy adults are linked to cognitive and clinical progression.
