Abstract

Background: Blood‐brain barrier (BBB) breakdown is an increasingly recognized feature of brain aging and dementia. While lifestyle factors, particularly those that influence vascular health, can modify brain aging trajectories, their impact on BBB dysfunction remains understudied.
