Abstract

Background: Emerging evidence highlights a bidirectional relationship between sleep and cognitive health. Cross‐sectional studies have identified associations between abnormal sleep patterns (e.g., short/long duration, fragmented sleep) and neurodegenerative processes, though findings remain inconclusive.
