Background: Sodium–glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors (SGLT2i) are commonly used in glucose‐lowering therapy and have demonstrated significant cardiovascular benefits. However, the long‐term effects of SGLT2i on neurocognitive function and brain structure remain unclear.
