Abstract

Background: The Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer Network Trials Unit (DIAN‐TU) trial is an adaptive platform trial evaluating various therapies intended to slow or prevent the Alzheimer disease (AD) progression in Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer’s disease (DIAD).
