Abstract
Background: Toxic Aβ oligomers (AβO) are implicated in the progression of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). PMN310 is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that binds to a computationally derived three‐dimensional epitope specific to misfolded Aβ in AβO.
