Abstract
Implementing scalable and sustainable, evidence‐informed diagnostic care pathways to improve earlier detection of cognitive impairment (CI) in primary care requires extensive engagement with front‐line clinicians, physician and administrative leaders and careful coordination with intersecting specialties.
