Abstract

Background: Sexual minorities (SM) refer to individuals who identify as having non‐hetero sexual identities. Compared to non‐SM, SM groups face challenges in mental health, accessing healthcare, and discrimination, heightening their risk for adverse health outcomes, possibly including cognitive impairment.
