Background: Alzheimer's disease (AD) dementia may be heterogenous. Subgrouping can consider relative performance on cognitive tests at AD dementia diagnosis; we compared neuropathology findings across subgroups. Method: Adult Changes in Thought (ACT) is a prospective cohort study of older adults.
