Abstract

Background: Alzheimer's disease and related dementias (ADRD) are measured on a continuum. Neuropsychological evaluations, which assess cognitive abilities that predict functional independence, are bottlenecked by limited resources. Identifying tests sensitive to early functional decline can streamline evaluations.
