Abstract

Background: Preclinical Alzheimer's disease (AD) is characterized by abnormal amyloid accumulation without cognitive symptoms. While individuals with preclinical AD show functional connectivity changes, it is unclear whether functional connectivity is a predictor of AD pathology.
