Background: Sleep disturbances are associated with inflammatory and neurodegenerative processes, as well as greater Alzheimer's disease (AD) risk. However, the relationship between sleep duration and blood‐based biomarkers (BBMs) of neurodegeneration and AD pathology remains understudied, particularly across sexes.
