Abstract
Background: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is characterized by tau and amyloid‐β (Aβ) pathologies, influenced by factors such as sex, aging, APOE genotype, and sleep. Sleep is essential for memory consolidation, but its interaction with these factors and AD biomarkers remains unclear.
