Abstract
Background: Apolipoprotein E (ApoE) isoforms differentially regulate Aβ and tau pathology in Alzheimer's disease (AD). However, most preclinical models do not recapitulate the combined impact of Aβ, tau, and ApoE on cognitive function and disease progression.
