Abstract
Background: Bulk brain tissue studies of gene expression have discovered novel biological pathways associated with Alzheimer's disease (AD) neuropathology and pre‐morbid cognitive decline. These findings are primarily tuned to much older adults and are focused on end‐of‐life changes.
