From the registry

This randomized controlled trial evaluates the clinical outcomes and quality of life in patients undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy with or without posterior gastropexy. The primary objective is to assess the effectiveness of posterior gastropexy in reducing postoperative reflux and improving overall patient satisfaction, with a 12-month follow-up period.
