- Participants allocated to the exercise intervention group will undertake a 10-week program consisting of one hour, in-person, small group sessions delivered weekly, with 3 to 5 participants per group

Primary outcomes
- Composite primary outcome Perceived acceptability: of the exercise program, including program length, session length, session frequency, educational sessions, warm up activities, exercise component, group-based delivery, and perceived impact on mental or physical health assessed using the post-trial
- Recruitment rate[Recruitment rate: Proportion of individuals who provide informed consent to participate in the study, relative to the number of individuals who submit an Expression of Interest form via REDCap. Assessed after week 1 of the intervention. ]
- Assessment completion rate[Assessment completion rate, defined as the proportion of enrolled participants who complete the REDCap outcome surveys at each assessment timepoint (baseline, week 5, and week 10). Three time points. baseline, week 5 and following week 10 of the intervention.]
