Abstract

Allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (alloHCT) and chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR T)-cell therapy represent established therapeutic modalities for selected hematologic malignancies but are associated with substantial morbidity, high healthcare costs, and a considerable risk of severe complications, including death.
