Abstract

Maintaining cognitive health during aging is critical, and sleep quality has emerged as a modifiable factor in cognitive decline. Yet, age-specific associations between sleep and long-term cognitive changes, independent of mental and neurological conditions, remain underexplored in nationally representative samples.
