Abstract
Background: Soluble amyloid‐β protofibrils (Aβ‐PF) are synaptotoxic species and are in equilibrium with amyloid plaques. Lecanemab is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that binds with high affinity to Aβ protofibrils.
