Abstract
Background: Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is characterized by the accumulation of amyloid‐β (Aβ) plaques and tau tangles, key therapeutic targets. While immunotherapies have been developed to clear Aβ or tau aggregates individually, no strategy has simultaneously targeted both.
