Abstract
Background: Cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA) is a cerebrovascular disorder characterized by the deposition of amyloid‐β (Aβ) in the walls of leptomeningeal and cortical blood vessels leading to increased risk of microbleeds, intracerebral hemorrhages, and progressive cognitive decline.
