Abstract
Background: Prodromal Dementia with Lewy bodies (pro‐DLB) has been recently defined; however, the neuroanatomical and functional correlates of this stage have not yet been univocally established. This study aimed to systematically review neuroimaging findings focused on pro‐DLB.
