Abstract
Background: Plasma phosphorylated tau ( p ‐tau) 217 has shown strong performance in detecting β‐amyloid (Aβ) positivity on positron emission tomography (PET). However, kidney dysfunction, body mass index (BMI), and anemia are known to affect p ‐tau217 levels.
