Abstract
Background: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is known as a progressive neurodegenerative disorder. Evidence suggest that Apolipoprotein E ( APOE ) plays a significant role with AD, but only limited work has examined APOE relationships with vascular pathology lesions in the brain.
