Abstract
Background: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a complex, heterogeneous disorder with a substantial genetic component. Traditional genome‐wide association studies (GWAS) primarily rely on clinical diagnoses of large cohorts, which can be compromised by phenotypic heterogeneity.
