Abstract

Background: Lecanemab, donanemab, and aducanumab all bind to aggregates of Aβ and all clear amyloid PET in clinical trials, but they are proposed to bind different forms of Aβ and cause amyloid related imaging abnormality (ARIA) at different rates.
