Macrophage CD38 drives age-related placental senescence by depleting NAD+
Targeting CD38 or supplementing NAD+ precursors reduces placental aging and improves offspring metabolic health in models of delayed maternal age.Targeting CD38 or supplementing NAD+ precursors reduces placental aging and improves offspring metabolic health in models of delayed maternal age.
