Abstract

Background/Objectives : Inclisiran provides durable low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) lowering, but serial coronary plaque composition after treatment initiation remains incompletely characterized. This study evaluated temporal plaque changes using automated coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA).
