Abstract

Postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) is characterized by excessive bone resorption caused by increased osteoclast activity. Estrogen remains an effective therapeutic option for preventing bone loss; however, its regulatory effects on osteoclast cytoskeletal remodeling have not been fully clarified.
