Breaking 200. A Reversal-Only War Map for >90% Human Survival to Age 200
By Varvanets D
This preprint presents a formal mathematical and systems-engineering framework for achieving >90% probability of human survival to age 200 — a target that, under strict analysis, cannot be reached by prevention, risk-factor management, or conventional anti-aging supplementation alone. The central thesis is deliberately narrow: only interventions that demonstrably reduce an already-accumulated damage stock — through removal, repair, replacement, or reprogrammed host clearance — are admitted to the roadmap. The framework formalizes aging as a controlled dynamical system in which tissue-level hazard is generated by 30 partially independent damage coordinates (extracellular matrix crosslinks, atherosclerotic plaque, senescent-cell burden, protein aggregates, epigenomic drift, mitochondrial heteroplasmy, clonal hematopoiesis, lysosomal garbage, circRNA accumulation, and others). A survival analysis shows that reaching S(200) ≥ 0.90 requires maintaining a mean all-cause hazard below ~0.0007/year over a 150-year interval — a constraint violated if even one high-weight damage coordinate remains without an active reversal operator. The document introduces: (1) a reversal-only admission rule with four recognized operator classes; (2) a mathematical hazard decomposition and 200-year survival inequality; (3) a Reversal Efficacy Index (REI) for intervention prioritization; (4) a five-tier maturity scale (R0–R4) spanning clinically available to ASI/nanotech-class repair; (5) a 30-front master war map with measurement gates, reversal operators, and citations; (6) a 10-module minimum viable architecture; and (7) a qualitative Bayesian probability audit across five technology scenarios.Key conclusions: the most likely bottleneck to age 200 is not any single famous hallmark of aging, but incompleteness — one or more unbounded damage currents remaining unmeasured or unrepaired. No ordinary anti-aging stack closes the hazard budget. The target demands a closed-loop, repeated-repair platform spanning ECM engineering, immune 2.0, partial reprogramming, organ replacement backstops, and identity-safe neural repair.
