Urinary tract disorders and renal function abnormalities are common among older adults but often remain undetected because they may occur without specific symptoms. This community service program aimed to support early detection of urinary tract disorders through community-based urinalysis screening combined with health education. The program was implemented using the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) approach involving 35 older adults with a mean age of 76.66 ± 7.32 years. Urinalysis evaluated physical and chemical parameters, including urine pH, specific gravity, leukocyte esterase, nitrite, protein, glucose, bilirubin, ketones, and erythrocytes. The results showed a mean urine pH of 6.12 ± 0.39 and a mean specific gravity of 1.017 ± 0.008. Positive nitrite findings were identified in 85.7% of participants, while all participants tested positive for leukocyte esterase. Proteinuria was detected in 40% of participants, whereas urine glucose was negative in 91.4% of cases. No erythrocytes were found in any urine sample. These findings indicate that urinary tract abnormalities remain relatively prevalent among older adults despite the absence of obvious clinical symptoms. Community-based urinalysis screening integrated with health education can facilitate early detection, increase health awareness, promote preventive healthcare, and encourage timely intervention to improve urinary tract health and overall well-being among the elderly population.
