Abstract
Background: We have initiated a randomized double‐blind placebo‐controlled feasibility trial combining intranasal insulin (INI) with semaglutide, a GLP‐1 receptor agonist, to improve cognition in older adults with metabolic syndrome (MetS) and mild cognitive impairment (MCI).
