Abstract
Background: Combining multidomain‐lifestyle interventions and pharmacological treatment could help address key challenges in dementia prevention. In this context, metformin is a promising candidate for drug‐repurposing, given the link between Type‐II Diabetes (T2D) and Alzheimer's Disease (AD).
