Abstract
Background: Cognitive and motor deficits have been found to be important markers of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), a pre‐dementia risk state. Recently, aerobic exercise (AE) and cognitive training (CT) interventions significantly improved cognitive and motor function in older adults with MCI.
