Abstract

Objectives To evaluate the proof-of-concept feasibility of identifying individuals at high risk of cardiovascular disease through community-based PocDoc Healthy Heart point-of-care screening in a large, ethnically diverse, disadvantaged real-world cohort in the United Kingdom.
