Background and Objectives: Femoral arterial calcification (FAC) on routine hip radiographs may provide opportunistic vascular information within orthogeriatric assessment. We evaluated the associations of FAC and the Atherogenic Index of Plasma (AIP) with 1-year mortality after hip-fracture surgery.
