Deriva Entropica nei Sistemi Biologici: Decodifica Ingegneristica del Decadimento Telomerico

By Ortiz M, Rafael R

This upload contains the theoretical framework and the empirical validation of the "Entropic Drift" applied to biological systems. The paper demonstrates how telomere shortening can be modeled as Information Friction within a closed thermodynamic system, eventually leading to structural jamming (Hayflick Limit). Methodology & Translation Bridge: To validate the mathematical model, standard clinical metrics from the NHANES dataset (Leukocyte Telomere Length, Age, CRP) were translated into the proprietary thermodynamic vectors used by the Titan Kernel: L_0 (Baseline Integrity): Derived from LTL (Kilobases). Delta L (Parasitic Wear): Calculated as a function of age-related decay and systemic inflammation (CRP). Kappa (Compensation Constant): Modeled as metabolic resilience (Telomerase activity mapping). Data Availability Statement / Materiali Allegati: The following supplementary files are included in this repository to ensure total transparency and reproducibility of the "Dashboard" logic (while the core proprietary optimization Kernel remains closed-source): Manifesto_Telomerico_Titan.pdf: The core theoretical paper. kaggle_telomere_data.csv: The validation dataset containing cross-referenced biological markers (Age, Telomere Length, CRP). Titan_Kaggle_Validation.txt: The raw machine log generated by the Titan Kernel, demonstrating the deterministic cycle-by-cycle decay and the exact calculation of the structural shut-down (Jamming) for each sample.
