Circadian Architecture and Endocrine Homeostasis: A Systems Engineering Approach to Testosterone Secretion Optimization
By Boridko A
This paper investigates the correlation between sleep structure and endogenous testosterone synthesis. Within a proprietary engineering framework, sleep is defined not as passive recovery but as an active phase of system reconfiguration. Data analysis (2011-2025) indicates that systemic sleep disturbances lead to a 10-15% decline in androgen levels, equivalent to a decade of biological aging. The study highlights that sleep integrity, specifically the latency and architecture of the N3 phase, is a more critical biomarker than total sleep duration.
