Task-Specific Concerns About Falling During Stair Negotiation in Older People

By Baggen RJ, van Schooten K, Delbaere K et al.

This study is a secondary data analysis of data from three existing datasets. We will use datasets from the StandingTall (ST), StandingTall+ (ST+), and Own Your Balance (OYB) studies [1-3]. Combining these studies will provide a dataset of 1000+ older (65+) participants who completed a comprehensive test battery at baseline to assess their history of falls, concerns about falling, cognitive and physical ability, depression, anxiety, and stress levels, as well as physical activity status. 1.
