Abstract
We aim to select mice of varying ages and genotypes across both male and female groups to study senescence in liver, heart, kidney and muscle tissues in order to generate xenium data. We included 6-month-old and 27-month-old p21-Cre/+ (P) mice, as well as 27-month-old p21-Cre/+; DTA/+ (P/D) mice, generated on a C57BL/6 background.
