Background: Alzheimer's disease and related dementias (ADRD) are rapidly increasing in Low‐and Middle‐Income Countries (LMICs), disproportionately affecting women. Beyond biological vulnerability, socioeconomic and reproductive health factors contribute to this gender disparity.
