Background: Digital cognitive assessment may offer earlier Alzheimer's disease (AD) and related dementias (ADRD) detection compared with traditional neuropsychological (NP) tests. Subjective cognitive decline (SCD) is recognized as a preclinical AD/ADRD feature.
