Abstract

Background: Subjective cognitive decline (SCD), defined as cognitive complaints in the absence of objective cognitive impairments, may reflect the earliest manifestation of preclinical Alzheimer's disease (AD). However, individuals with SCD are a heterogenous group with various etiologies.
