Background: Digital speech biomarkers show promise as cost‐effective and scalable diagnostic tools for cognitive decline and dementia in African research and healthcare settings. However, significant gaps remain in language‐specific normative data, cross‐linguistic validation, and standardized protocols for multilingual populations.
